SELECTION. SELECTION. SELECTION · With Block Vision, members have a high level of freedom to select from any frame in their eye care provider's regular frame inventory. Your clients won't be restricted to specific frame collections that limit their choices.

- Non-Covered Eyewear Discount: Members can receive up to a 20% discount off providers' usual and customary fees for eyewear purchases that exceed plan coverage (except disposable contact lenses). Certain participating provider restrictions apply.
- Laser Vision Correction: Members can receive special laser vision program pricing from our network of affiliated providers. Under certain plans and program conditions, eyewear benefits may be applied to laser vision correction (i.e., LASIK) in lieu of eyewear, where available. Please ask your representative for complete details.
- Out-of-Network Services: Members can elect to receive services from out-of-network providers and receive reimbursement according to plan benefits.
