Since 1990 Block Vision, has been providing comprehensive vision program management services to managed care organizations and other third party payors across the country. Together with our affiliates, Block Vision presently arranges vision benefit programs for more than three million individuals nationwide. Our programs include Commercial, Medicaid and Medicare product lines.

• To our clients' enrollees, we deliver easy access to high-quality services. This includes a high degree of choice in selecting a provider from our dual-delivery provider system and in selecting eyewear. Block Vision's program does not restrict members to certain eyewear selections. Rather, we allow enrollees to choose from each participating provider's complete eyewear dispensary, on the same basis such eyewear is offered to private-pay patients.
  
  
• To our participating providers, we deliver streamlined program administration and fair reimbursement that is issued in a timely manner. We highly value the services provided by our participating panel members and view our relationships with our participating providers to be a true partnership dedicated to providing high-quality eye care to plan enrollees.

Ownership

Block Vision is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Block Vision Holdings Corporation, a privately-held corporation. Block Vision Holdings Corporation is owned by an investor group consisting of several financial institutions, as well as by the company's management.
