With more than 18,000 provider locations, Block Vision’s network of affiliated eye care professionals stretches from coast to coast, with providers in all major U.S. markets. Each provider is thoroughly credentialed prior to being admitted to the panel and is recredentialed once every two years.

At Block Vision, we offer our clients and their enrollees maximum choice and access through our Dual-Delivery Provider System that includes both private practitioners and retail optical centers. Studies have shown that many individuals prefer the traditional healthcare setting associated with a private practitioner’s office, while others prefer the commercial locations and extended hours associated with retail optical centers. Block Vision has one of the largest national vision panels that offers both options. Recognizing that healthcare is a highly personal choice, Block Vision offers enrollees the best of both worlds.

Our panel of participating eye care professionals includes optometrists, ophthalmologists, opticians and laser vision correction surgeons to ensure the availability of the right type of practitioner for each enrollee's visual needs. All of our participating providers are committed to providing high-quality services and work diligently to ensure that patients are fully satisfied with the services and eyewear received through the program.

Block Vision's comprehensive provider manuals, periodic program updates, regular provider newsletters and our team of provider relations professionals ensure that participating providers stay up-to-date on program happenings. Additionally, our annual provider satisfaction survey allows us to gather valuable feedback from our providers. In this way, we can constantly monitor the program’s effectiveness from the providers' point-of-view and identify opportunities for program enhancement.
